Leicester Riders forward Tony Windless will end his 17-year career with a glittering testimonial match at the John Sandford Centre on Saturday.

The match - which tips off at 1630 BST - features a host of stars, including Mersey Tigers coach Tony Garbelotto.

The 41-year-old said: "I'm grateful to Riders to be sending me out in style and I'm excited to be playing against some all-time greats in this league."

Windless is one of the most decorated players in BBL history.

The American started his career with a trophy-laden spell at London Towers in 1994 and played for Derby Storm, Newcastle Eagles and Scottish Rocks.

He also had two spells with Milton Keynes Lions and left them to join Leicester in 2008.
