Debutant Abdul Razzaq smashed Leicestershire to a four-wicket FL t20 win over Lancashire at Old Trafford.
In a Lancashire innings twice disrupted by rain and then shortened to 19 overs, Stephen Moore (48) and Tom Smith (45) helped the hosts to 162-5.
Despite Andrew McDonald's 57, the visitors needed 62 from four overs chasing their revised target of 165.
But Razzaq hit five sixes in his 30-ball 62 not out, taking Leicestershire home with a delivery to spare.
He shared an unbroken seventh-wicket stand of 66 with Wayne White, who hit two maximums in his 17 from 10 balls.
Razzaq, who only landed in England on Tuesday, helped take 25 off the 16th over bowled by Steven Croft but was also dropped while on 26 by Stephen Moore.
Moore and Smith had earlier shared an opening stand of 88, only for Lancashire to be restricted by visiting spinners Claude Henderson (2-26) and Josh Cobb (2-30).
Cobb skied Smith to midwicket from the first ball of the Leicestershire reply, but McDonald played aggressively before Lancashire left-arm spin trio of Gary Keedy, Simon Kerrigan and Stephen Parry looked to have stemmed the flow of runs to a decisive extent.
However, Razzaq's fireworks turned the tide and inflicted on Lancashire their first defeat of this season's T20 campaign.
Lancashire coach Peter Moores told BBC Radio Lancashire:
"It was a pretty unbelievable finish.
"It was a very hard pitch to strike the ball on, but then he (Razzaq) played an unbelievable innings.
"Sometimes you've got to hold your hand up and say this bloke had his day and we know he can have his day you just hope its not against you."
"We had a tough chacne to catch him out and didn't take it and he made us pay."
