Aussie cricket chief denies 'outlandish' corruption claims

Cricket Australia chief James Sutherland reacts strongly to what he calls "outlandish" allegations that Australian players have rigged matches.

At the corruption trial of former Pakistan captain Salman Butt and fast bowler Mohammad Asif, covert recordings showed agent Mazhar Majeed claiming that Australia were "the biggest" when it came to fixing matches.

Sutherland promises to investigate any credible allegations of corruption "with vigour" but says "sweeping statements" made in court unfairly malign Australian cricketers.
