Cook critical of poor batting in India

England one day captain Alastair Cook admits England's batting was poor after a collapse led to a 5-0 whitewash in the series against India.

The Essex batsman says he thought a target of 270 was gettable but having fallen 95 runs short the 26-year-old says that confidence is fragile among England's batters.

Cook says the one-day side is still developing and that they will learn from this experience.
