Millar rules out BOA challenge
- From the section Cycling
British cyclist David Millar, banned for life from the Olympics after serving a two-year drugs suspension, tells BBC Radio 5 live's Sportsweek that the British Olympic Association's (BOA) lifetime ban does not allow for athlete rehabilitation.
The World Anti-Doping Agency has told the BOA that its punishment for athletes found guilty of doping is no longer compliant with their rules.
Millar says it is not fair for every athlete to be treated the same, but says he does not want to challenge his lifetime ban.
