Crowd helped me after crash - Thomas

Britain's Geraint Thomas recounts how spectators managed to help him get back on the course after a spectacular crash on the 16th stage of the Tour de France.

Thomas was knocked off course by French rider Warren Barguil on the final descent and hit his head on a telegraph pole before falling off the side of the road into a ditch.

Spain's Ruben Plaza held off green jersey leader Peter Sagan to win the stage in Gap as Britain's Chris Froome retained his overall lead.
