Why is painkiller Tramadol not banned?

BBC sports editor Dan Roan asks World Anti-Doping Agency chief Olivier Niggli why his organisation has not banned the controversial painkiller Tramadol.

Tramadol has been blamed for causing crashes in cycling by making riders drowsy, and there are concerns it may have addictive side-effects. Both the UK and US Anti-Doping Agencies have called on Wada to ban it.

Niggli says: "It doesn't mean because Usada wants it that they're right."
