Three Welshman are guaranteed medals for Great Britain at the European Para Table Tennis Championships in Lasko, Slovenia.

Veteran Paul Davies, aiming for his third successive European title, faces compatriot Rob Davies on Saturday in the semi-finals.

Tom Matthews could set up an all-Welsh final if he wins the second semi-final.

There are not no third-place play-offs so losing semi-finalists will receive bronze medals.

Class 7 Paralympic champion Will Bayley remains on-course for a first Euro title after qualifying for the last-eight in his category.

Other GB players to reach the last eight in their respective categories - and are therefore just one win away from a guaranteed medal - include World silver medallists Sue Gilroy, David Wetherill, Megan Schakleton, Jack Hunter-Spivey.
