Accrington 3-1 Burton Albion
Accrington Stanley registered their fifth win in seven matches against lacklustre Burton.
Stanley took a deserved lead when Phil Edwards tapped home after Terry Gornell's header was well saved by Brewers keeper Adam Legzdins.
Ian Craney doubled the advantage after a dreadful clearance by Legzdins and Andy Procter made the points safe with a curled effort.
Burton notched a consolation when Greg Pearson met Scott Malone's cross.
Burton manager Paul Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby:
"What do I put it down to? The fact that we couldn't pass the ball more than once; the fact that they wanted it more; the fact that they won every first ball and second ball; they moved the ball better; they were just too good for us.
"OK, they played well, but we allowed them to play well. Whenever we got the ball, we gave it straight back to them.
"It's the same old story away from home. Whether it's a confidence issue; whether it's a lack of quality issue, I don't know. Let's face it, there are plenty of issues going on."
