Two first-half goals ensured Swansea of their place in the Championship play-off final after a second-leg victory over Nottingham Forest.

The hosts took a 28th-minute lead through Leon Britton's 16-yard strike.

They doubled their advantage when Stephen Dobbie hit a left-foot curling strike from the area.

Robert Earnshaw struck in the 80th minute for Forest, but Darren Pratley broke away to score from long range in injury time.
