In depth - Villas-Boas on the need to succeed

New Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas says he is aware he has to lead the club to success to keep his job at Stamford Bridge, saying: "The expectations are for the maximum".

The 33-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the Blues after replacing Carlo Ancelotti.

Villas-Boas adds that he does not believe his relative youth will hinder him in management, and promises to win trophies at the club "with a certain amount of flair".
