Leeds United will take two trialists on their pre-season trip to Norway.

Alex Mendy, 27, and Boldiszar Bodor, 29, are both in the squad to face Sandefjord on Tuesday evening.

French winger Mendy featured against Rochdale and Sheffield Wednesday, while Hungarian left-back Bodor came off the bench against the Owls.

Isaiah Osbourne will remain behind to work on his fitness, while fellow trialist and ex-Aston Villa team-mate Jlloyd Samuel is out injured.

The match is scheduled to go ahead after the club received clearance to travel following the incidents in Oslo last Friday.

Manager Simon Grayson told the club's official website: "Shaun Harvey [Leeds chief executive] spoke to all the relevant people and we were assured about travelling.

"What happened in Oslo was terrible and our thoughts are with them all.

"We do have a big Norwegian support and games like this give them the chance to see us on their own doorstep.

"Football can't replace anything but, after the terrible shock they've had, I hope our visit can provide some relief and a change of focus."
