Worthington praise for young NI team

Northern Ireland manager Nigel Worthington describes his final game in charge against Italy as "a case of damage limitation" as he signed off following a 3-0 defeat in Pescara.

The former Norwich City manager announced before Tuesday night's match that he would be stepping down from the role, regardless of the outcome of the result.

Worthington points to the absence of seven first-team players and says he hopes the "future is bright" for the side without him.
