Guernsey FC boss Vance (left) and assistant Colin Fallaize have had little choice in players over the past few weeks

Tony Vance says he is 'looking forward to actually picking a squad' for Guernsey FC's match at home to bottom side Farleigh Rovers.

The Green Lions boss claims to have struggled to get enough players together for the last few away matches in the Combined Counties League.

"For the first time in over a month we're going to have some decisions to make in terms of a squad," said Vance.

"I'm looking forward to actually picking a squad this week."

With Guernsey having three consecutive away games, as well as the Guernsey Priaulx League side in FA Inter-League Cup action, Vance has found it hard to make up the numbers.

But now he has a number of injured players returning to fitness, including striker Craig Young who played for the Guernsey League in Devon on Saturday.
