Ballymena United rediscovered their winning form away from home by beating Carrick Rangers at Seaview thanks to two second-half goals.

Stephen O'Neill hammered against the woodwork in the first half while Gary McCutcheon went close for Ballymena and Davy Munster headed against the bar.

Jordan Baker scored the first with a neat turn and shot in the 50th minute.

McCutcheon grabbed the second 10 minutes later at the back post after the Carrick defence failed to clear.
