Falkirk 4-3 Livingston

Scottish Football League

Falkirk were pegged back after taking a three-goal lead but recovered to beat Livingston with a late goal.

Farid El Alagui's volley put the Bairns ahead and a powerful drive by Murray Wallace doubled the hosts' advantage.

An own goal by Jonathan Brown stretched Falkirk's lead before the interval.

Robert Barr gave Livi hope with a drilled shot on 56 minutes and Keaghan Jacobs crashed home the visitors' second six minutes later.

And Livingston looked to have secured a point when Mark Fotheringham curled a free-kick into the net.

But the Almondvale side's hard work was undone five minutes from the end as David Weatherston slotted home Falkirk's winner from close range.

The result keeps second-place Falkirk three points behind Scottish Football League Division One leaders Ross County.
