Bournemouth have extended the loan of Ipswich Town right-back Jaime Peters to a second month.

The 24-year-old has made six appearances for Bournemouth since he arrived at the end of September.

The Canada international's only Town appearance this season came in the Carling Cup, a 2-1 loss to Northampton.

"Jaime is playing games and that is why he has gone to Bournemouth, he is happy to stay and we are happy for him to stay," said Ipswich boss Paul Jewell.

Peters has totalled 114 appearances for the Suffolk side since making his debut in August 2005 and has also had loan spells at Yeovil and Gillingham.
