Huddersfield 0-1 Bournemouth

A Harry Arter strike gave Bournemouth all three points and inflicted a second successive defeat on Huddersfield.

Wesley Thomas set up the first-half winner when he beat Calum Woods to deliver a ball for the unmarked Arter to fire home.

The visitors nearly doubled their lead but Simon Francis hit the side netting after being found by Marc Pugh's pass.

And it only got worse for the Terriers when right-back Jack Hunt was carried off with a suspected fractured ankle.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury told BBC Radio Solent:

Bradbury impressed by win

"It was a game I felt we could win, the energy levels were a different class and we could have gone on and won the game 2 or 3-0.

"I thought the formation worked really well and the most important thing for me was how hard they worked as a team.

"(On Wes Thomas) He's done great for us since he came from Crawley but I've got other people waiting in the wings that are chomping at the bit to come and do a job."
