Telford's Richard Davies doubt for York City clash

AFC Telford United midfielder Richard Davies is rated a big doubt for the Bucks home match against York City.

The former Walsall midfielder injured his back during the first half in the Bucks 3-1 defeat by Bath City at Twerton Park.

"He was hurt after 35 minutes, got through to half time but wasn't able to continue," boss Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.

"We'll get the physios to assess him, but he's struggling at the moment."

Telford are 17th in the Blue Square Bet Premier after picking up their sixth away defeat of the season.

They will be without suspended striker Chris Sharp and captain Shane Killock, who was sent off against Bath, for their clash against the Minstermen.

But Sinton is set to look at the match DVD to decide whether to appeal against the Killock decision.
