Pardew bemoans Newcastle injury crisis

Manager Alan Pardew admits Newcastle "should have done better" after they lose 4-2 at Norwich, but says his side are "really suffering" with an injury-hit squad at the moment.

The Magpies are currently without several key players including Steven Taylor, Fabricio Coloccini and Danny Guthrie, who all suffered injuries in last Saturday's 3-0 defeat by Chelsea.

Pardew says it is "harsh" to say Newcastle's "bubble has burst" despite his side suffering their third defeat in four games at the hands of Norwich.
