Cheltenham 0-0 Shrewsbury

Neither side found the breakthrough as Cheltenham and Shrewsbury played out an entertaining goalless draw.

The Robins almost took an early lead when Luke Summerfield's effort was spectacularly saved by Chris Neal.

Shrews substitute Marvin Morgan was then put through but could not find a way past keeper Scott Brown, before Mark Wright's follow up went wide.

Morgan had a great chance for a late winner but shot straight at Brown, keeping the scoreline level.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Cheltenham Town manager Mark Yates told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:

Yates chuffed with Robins attitude

"These are two really good sides and a draw was a fair result.

"I'm chuffed with the effort and attitude shown by the players. We've got a good group who work their socks off."

"We're 22 games in, with 43 points. I'm not bothered about going second in the table, but we're just up there."
