Aberdeen's Peter Pawlett has red card overturned
Aberdeen's Peter Pawlett has had a red card rescinded by the Scottish Football Association's fast-track tribunal.
Pawlett was sent off after a lunging tackle on Hibernian's Lewis Stevenson during a 1-0 victory for the Dons.
And Pawlett's sending off has now been downgraded to a yellow card for unsporting behaviour.
However, the 20-year-old will miss the Dons' next two games - versus Inverness and Hearts - after he accepted a ban for simulation in the same game.
Referee Craig Thomson gave a penalty when Pawlett went down under pressure from Ivan Sproule, with Scott Vernon converting the spot-kick.
