Striker Steve Jones has been passed fit to play in AFC Telford United's Boxing Day clash against Blue Square Bet Premier leaders Wrexham.

The 35 year-old, who has missed the last two games, has recovered from a hamstring strain.

Jones has scored two goals in five appearances for the Bucks since joining from Droylsden in November.

The former Northern Ireland international limped off in the Bucks' recent goalless draw against York City.

Telford have won once in their last five league games and now sit just three points above the relegation zone.

Winger Dwayne Samuels could also feature in Andy Sinton's squad to face the Dragons at the New Bucks Head.

You can listen to full match coverage of AFC Telford United against Wrexham on BBC Radio Shropshire 96 FM, DAB digital or online at bbc.co.uk/shropshire from 1150 GMT on 26 December.
