Exeter City skipper David Noble hopes to extend deal
Exeter City captain David Noble says he would like to stay at the club beyond the end of his current contract.
The 29-year-old, , joined Exeter from Bristol City in January 2010 and is out of contract in the summer.
"I'm really enjoying being down here," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"This is my second season playing, my third actually being down here, and I really enjoy the club, enjoy the staff and enjoy the other lads," he added.
Noble has scored two goals this season in 28 appearances for the Grecians and says the side must try and continue to build on their last two performances, a draw with Yeovil and win at Chesterfield.
"I think the last two performances have been very good. All we can do is try and pick up from now," he added.
"A few weeks ago we had a decent spell where we went six unbeaten and we thought we might be able to carry that on.
"But then we had a few bad games and we've had another couple of good games.
"We're looking to put a bit more consistency in and a better performance all round."
