Aldershot 4-1 Barnet

Guy Madjo struck twice as Aldershot thrashed Barnet to secure their fifth consecutive win in League Two, a club record in the Football League.

Madjo gave the Shots an early lead, bundling home after Dean Brill saved Sonny Bradley's header.

Danny Hylton then headed in Ben Herd's cross to make it 2-0 before Troy Brown scored with a half volley.

Madjo was then put through by Hylton to slot in before Charlie Taylor fired in a consolation from close range.

Holdsworth delighted for Hylton

"The confidence gained from previous games was really taken into the game today. It's a fantastic month we've had and the players have to keep raising the standard.

"I'm delighted for Guy Madjo and Danny Hylton. Danny's had a lean spell in front of goal but he's never stopped working. He's given us so much.

"We feel like we're on a roll at the moment. We've got to carry on doing our jobs. There's a great team spirit and we'll see where we can get to."
