Young managers need backing - Moyes

In the week of his 10th anniversary as manager of Everton, David Moyes says the support of his chairmen at Goodison Park has been 'vital'.

Speaking after Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich fired 34-year-old coach Andre Villas-Boas after less than a season at Stamford Bridge, Moyes believes a "new breed of chairman and owners" are making it harder for managers to experience an extended run in charge of a club.
