Bath City 2-1 Lincoln City
Bath City recorded back-to-back wins for the first time this season as they beat fellow strugglers Lincoln City.
Marc Canham gave the hosts an early lead, converting a penalty after Robbie Williams had fouled Marley Watkins.
The Romans moved 2-0 ahead after four minutes when Canham's free-kick was headed on by Gethin Jones and the ball fell to Watkins, who finished well.
Substitute Danny Lloyd pulled a goal back for the Imps with a 20-yard strike but bottom-placed Bath held on.
Bath remain nine points off safety and Lincoln are still out of the relegation places, but only on goal difference ahead of Hayes and Yeading.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Lincoln City manager David Holdsworth told BBC Lincolnshire:
"The result reflects the first five minutes and it's extremely disappointing. You can do all the work behind the scenes you can, but when we defend like that yet again it costs us valuable points.
"We work and work on keeping our shape but when they get out there it's their responsibility and clearly they haven't got the ability to do it and we've got to change that.
"I'm bitterly disappointed for the fans, they've come a long way to support us and to start like that was dreadful. They believe in their club and they want something to cheer about but right now there isn't much to cheer about with the position the club's in.
