Football will learn from Muamba

Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore says football will look to learn any possible lessons following Fabrice Muamba's cardiac arrest on the pitch during the FA Cup quarter-final between Spurs and Bolton.

Scudamore says it is "too early" to decide on changes now but, drawing comparisons to the head injury received by Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech in October 2006, insists that "if there are things we need to do to reduce the risks of this happening again then we will continue to look at them."
