Villa doesn't 'frighten' Lambert

New Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert says he is not "frightened" by his new challenge, but admits he "will need the fans' help" to bring success to the club.

The former Norwich boss succeeds fellow Scot Alex McLeish, who was sacked after Villa finished only two points above the Premier League relegation zone.

Lambert promises he will give his new role "a right good go" and plans to rebuild the squad in the summer.
