Salisbury City 1-4 Forest Green Rovers
James Norwood took his goal tally to nine for the season to help fire Forest Green to their first away win since August at Salisbury.
Dan Fitchett smashed home an equaliser after Norwood put the visitors ahead early.
Danny Wright's volley put Rovers back in front after the break and Yan Klukowski made it 3-1 from the penalty spot after Angus MacDonald's handball.
Norwood struck again late on with a 12-yard finish.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Salisbury City manager Mikey Harris told BBC Wiltshire:
"I'm disappointed with the goals we've conceded.
"Credit to Forest Green. They came and they took their chances and punished our mistakes.
"Goals change games - it was fairly even at half-time, I was confident we could go on and win.
"But we didn't manage to get back in to the game and as you can tell, I'm gutted."
Forest Green manager Adrian Pennock told BBC Gloucestershire:
"I can't accept that first half. I know it was 1-1 but a few things were said at half-time.
"Running around and rolling up your sleeves is a given for me.
"We were so lethargic I thought my nan was out there, to be honest with you.
"But they responded in the second half and it was a fantastic three points."
