Ayr United 3-6 Stranraer
Jamie Longworth knocked in a first-half hat-trick to help Stranraer dump Ayr and move up to fifth in League One.
Longworth smashed in from close-range before a Michael Moffat double had the hosts in front on 17 minutes.
But Longworth was to strike again before the interval, with two more poacher's goals.
Chris Aitken converted two penalties either side of Moffat's hat-trick, also from the spot, with David McKenna adding to the Blues' lead.
The visitors' first penalty came when goalkeeper David Hutton felled Andrew Stirling three minutes into the second half.
Moffat was given his chance from 12 yards after he was impeded by visiting keeper David Mitchell.
McKenna made it 5-3, firing high into the net before another foul from Hutton - this time on Longworth - led to Aitken's second successful penalty late on.
