Wrexham 0-0 Kidderminster Harriers
Wrexham and Kidderminster fought out a goalless draw which did little to help either side's play-off hopes.
Kidderminster's best chance fell to midfielder Callum Gittings, who hit a shot well over the bar from 12 yards.
The home side were reduced to 10 men with 11 minutes of a niggly game remaining after Andy Bishop was sent off for a foul on Gittings.
Wrexham almost snatched a late winner but Brett Ormerod's shot was kept out by a finger-tip save from Daniel Lewis.
Wrexham caretaker manager Billy Barr told BBC Radio Wales:
"I have just seen the penalty incident with Dean Keates and it's a stonewall penalty and I don't know why it the referee hasn't given it.
"He is standing in the perfect position and for the life of me, I don't know why he hasn't given it.
"I thought the sending off was harsh. I thought the first one [yellow card] the centre half has got hold of 'Bish, he had broke free and his arms have come up to get the elevation to jump and the lad goes down as if he has been shot.
"I thought it was very, very harsh and 'Bish thought the lad was going to get booked and he turned around and it was him.
"I didn't see the second one [yellow card], but the lads say it was nowhere near."
