Nuneaton Town 0-1 FC Halifax Town

Halifax won their sixth game out of the last seven with a narrow 1-0 victory at play-off rivals Nuneaton Town.

Louis Moult nearly put the home side into an early lead with a 25-yard effort, but Matt Glennon saved well in a tight first half.

The game looked to be heading for an entertaining draw until Chris Smith scored late on from six yards, in what was his first start for the club.

The result improves Halifax's play-off hopes as they move into fifth place.
