Tamworth 1-0 Hereford United

Lloyd Kerry struck the only goal at The Lamb as already-relegated Tamworth dealt a blow to Hereford United's Conference Premier survival hopes.

Kerry hit the post early on for Dale Belford's Tamworth, who claimed their first win in 10 matches.

The hosts were indebted to their keeper Cameron Belford, who kept out Bulls strikers Sam Smith and Michael Rankine on more than one occasion.

And it was left to Kelly to fire home the winner from 12 yards out.

Hereford remain in the relegation zone, one point behind Chester, who face local rivals Wrexham on Saturday.
