Man Utd players were a bit flat - Giggs

Manchester United interim manager Ryan Giggs says Sunderland created the better chances as the Red Devils fell to their 12th defeat of the season.

Sunderland scored the only goal of the game through Sebastian Larsson's 30th-minute strike and defeat brought Giggs's winning start as United boss to an abrupt end.

Sunderland's win was their first at Old Trafford since 1968.
