O'Neill happy with Magilton by his side

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill says he is happy to have Jim Magilton as his interim assistant after new Watford Head Coach Billy McKinlay stood down from the job with immediate effect.

IFA Elite Performance Director Magilton will assist for the forthcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Greece.

O'Neill named a 27-man squad for the double-header, but indicated that teenage Manchester United defender could be added to the squad if his clubmate Jonny Evans fails to recover fully from an ankle injury.
