BBC Sport - Man United 2-0 Sunderland: Penalty changed game - Gus Poyet

Penalty changed game - Poyet

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet says the penalty awarded to Manchester United "changed the game completely" for his side, as they were defeated 2-0 at Old Trafford.

A penalty by United's Wayne Rooney gave the hosts the lead after a foul on Radamel Falcao for which Sunderland's Wes Brown was sent off, while a second for Rooney late on sealed the win for the Red Devils.

Sunderland have won just one of their last 10 Premier League matches.
