London Bees have signed midfielder Louise Fellows from fellow Women's Super League 2 side Oxford United Women.

The 23-year-old missed most of last season with a knee injury.

"I had a frustrating time with injury last year and ended up not being able to play," she told the Bees website.

"The girls are ready and we have had a really good pre-season. It is quite exciting and I think that we'll shock a few teams."

London Bees begin the WSL2 campaign away to Millwall Lionesses at The Den on Wednesday.

Head coach Julian Broomes said of Fellows, who has also represented Wolverhampton University WFC and Aston Villa Ladies: "From the first friendly she has been really impressive, winning balls in the air and very strong and very composed.

"She knows the game really well and I think that she is another great addition to the Bees."
