Newtown 2-1 Rhyl: Ryan Astles put Rhyl ahead after three minutes but second half goals from Jason Oswell and Matty Owen saw Newtown reach their first Welsh Cup final since 1897.

Sunday, 5 April

The New Saints 4-2 Airbus UK Broughton: Adrian Cieslewicz gave The New Saints the lead before Jordan Barrow levelled for Airbus. Mike Wilde restored Saints' lead but Wayne Riley equalised with three minutes remaining. Late goals from Wilde and Scott Quigley saw Saints book their final place against Newtown in May.

Merthyr Town 4-0 Mangotsfield United: Merthyr Town need a point against Bishops Cleeve on Monday to secure promotion. Two goals from former Swansea City player Guillem Bauza and further goals from Ian Traylor and Kris Leek saw the Martyrs beat Mangotsfield in front of over 1,000 fans at Penydarren Park.
