Nuneaton Town docked points for fielding ineligible player
Conference side Nuneaton Town have been docked three points and fined £500 for fielding an ineligible player.
The club pleaded guilty to selecting George Maris against Welling on 28 February - two days after his loan period from Barnsley ended.
Nuneaton have until Friday, 17 April to appeal against the judgement.
"The table will not be adjusted until any appeal procedure has been exhausted," the Football Conference announced in a statement.
Boro, 22nd in the table and six points from safety, say they are yet to decide whether they will appeal.
