Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons is expected to miss the final games of the season with a hamstring injury.

The 19-year-old made an impression earlier in the season, scoring twice in five games under Alan Pardew, but has not played since November because of injury.

The England Under-20 international had returned to training this month.

Magpies boss John Carver is currently without suspended pair Papiss Cisse and Moussa Sissoko.

Steven Taylor, Paul Dummett, Massadio Haidara, Cheick Tiote and Siem de Jong are sidelined with injuries.
