Outgoing Fifa vice-president Jim Boyce backs investigations into Fifa and says he is not surprised by Sepp Blatter's resignation.
US prosecutors launched a criminal inquiry last week, with seven Fifa officials arrested in Switzerland, part of a group of 14 people indicted.
Blatter stepped down on Tuesday, four days after being re-elected as president of world football's organsation.
Boyce, in an indepth interview with BBC Sport, said that there should be a revote on the 2018 and 2022 World Cups if it is proved that corruption was involved in awarding the tournaments.
