England off the mark with Mexico win

England claim a crucial 2-1 victory against Mexico in Moncton to to keep their hopes alive of reaching the last 16 at the 2015 Women's World Cup.

After a frustrating first half, Fran Kirby gave England the lead before Karen Carney doubled it with a header, and despite Fabiola Ibarra's late goal Mark Sampson's side held on for the three points.

England face Colombia in their final Group F match in Montreal on Wednesday.
