Oxford United's Chey Dunkley admits FA doping breach
Oxford United defender Chey Dunkley has been given a warning and reprimand after admitting breaching the Football Association's anti-doping regulations.
The 23-year-old, who joined from Kidderminster last November, tested positive for salbutamol after using an inhaler prescribed for his asthma.
A regulatory commission hearing found there was no intention on Dunkley's part to enhance sporting performance.
But he will be subject to target testing for two years.
An Oxford spokesman said: "Chey Dunkley suffers from asthma and was not aware of the restriction on salbutamol use. As a club, we accept the FA ruling."
