Plymouth Argyle manager Derek Adams says he will not be getting carried away by his side's form.

They are second in League Two and have lost just two league games under Adams.

"We've been delighted with the season we're having, we're currently unbeaten in four games with two wins and two draws," he told BBC Radio Devon.

"I look at it on a game-by-game basis, I don't look at anything else, I look to win the next game and I'll do that from now until the end of the season."

The Pilgrims came from a goal down to beat Barnet 2-1 at Home Park on Tuesday night.

New signings Graham Carey and Jake Jervis scored Argyle's goals, and the pair have now hit the net 11 times between them this season.

"I'm delighted that they've come in and they've hit the ground running," Adams said.

"I'm delighted for the two of them, but I'm delighted for the whole team because we need a team effort."
