The all-Premiership tie at Hampden Park will be played on Sunday, 31 January.

Championship side Hibernian take on top flight St Johnstone in the other semi-final at Tynecastle Stadium on Saturday, 30 January.

Both matches, which have 15:00 GMT kick-off times, will be covered live on BBC Radio Scotland.

The television and radio coverage will be streamed on the BBC Sport website, which will also feature highlights of the two matches.

County beat Highland rivals Inverness Caledonian Thistle and St Johnstone came from behind to beat Greenock Morton in the quarter-finals.

And Hibs beat Dundee United in their last-eight tie, having taken another Premiership scalp by defeating Aberdeen in the previous round.
