Rosie Lane missed the majority of Oxford United Women's first WSL season through injury

Oxford United Women's defender Rosie Lane has agreed a new two-year contract with the Women's Super League 2 club.

Lane, 21, played 22 times for the Us in their second WSL season having missed the majority of the club's first season through injury.

"She works at her game and we think has a very bright future, so it's great to see her sign," manager Les Taylor said.

Oxford United Women start their the new WSL season in April looking to build on last season's seventh-place finish.
