Napoli 3-1 Sassuolo
Gonzalo Higuain scored twice as Napoli stretched their lead at the top of Serie A after coming from behind to beat Sassuolo 3-1.
Diego Falcinelli's penalty put Sassuolo ahead but Jose Callejon headed the hosts level.
Higuain's close-range finish gave Napoli a half-time lead and his 20th of the season in injury-time gave them a fifth straight victory.
Napoli extended their advantage over Inter Milan to four points in Serie A.
There is growing belief among their supporters that Maurizio Sarri's side can claim the club's first Scudetto since 1990.
They had to show character to come from behind in the third minute when Falcinelli sent former Liverpool keeper Pepe Reina the wrong way from the penalty spot after Nicola Sansone was fouled in the area by Raul Albiol.
Napoli levelled after 19 minutes when Callejon met Lorenzo Insigne's cross to find the net with a glancing near-post header.
Higuain put them ahead with a smart close-range finish from Marek Hamsik's 42nd-minute cross.
Lorenzo Pellegrini went close with a late header for Sassuolo, who remain sixth after the end of their five-game unbeaten league run.
Higuain found the bottom corner from the edge of the area in stoppage time to complete the victory.
Meanwhile, Torino moved 10 points clear of the relegation zone with a 4-2 victory over third-bottom Frosinone.
