Bangor City 5-2 Haverfordwest County: Haverfordwest have been relegated following defeat at Bangor, who return to seventh spot and the final play-off place. Shaun Cavanagh gave the hosts a seventh minute lead before Declan Walker doubled their advantage. Spencer Williams reduced the deficit but Steve Lewis restored the two goal advantage before the interval. Declan Carroll pulled another goal back for the visitors but goals from Cavanagh and Damian Allen secured Bangor's win and sealed Haverfordwest's fate.

Carmarthen 1-0 Haverfordwest County: A splendid late winner from Daniel Sheehan moved Carmarthen level on points with Bangor City in the race for seventh place and a play-off place. Carmarthen missed the best of the first half chances when top scorer Mark Jones missed a penalty. However, Sheehan's blast from distance sealed the win with nine minutes remaining.
