Boleyn Ground set to become flats

West Ham United's Boleyn Ground will be turned into a housing development when the Premier League club leave their home of 112 years and relocate to the Olympic Stadium.

A total of 842 new flats, which will be completed by 2022, will be built on the site.

But what will the the club's departure, and eventual arrival of new residents, mean for the area?

BBC London's Sara Orchard speaks to the Mayor of Newham Sir Robin Wales, Keith Fernett of homeless charity Caritas Anchor House, Shah Alom of McKenzie Homes and Osman Mustafa, the owner of Queen's Fish Bar on Green Street.
